Hosted Academy access
LiveTeam and enterprise seat access via the Academy platform. Admin dashboard, progress tracking, completion records, and manager reports.
SCORM 1.2 preview package
Available by scopeA SCORM 1.2 package is available for enterprise LMS delivery. This is a preview package compatible with standard LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Docebo, Canvas, Moodle, Workday Learning). Full SCORM 2004 and xAPI are available by additional implementation scope.
LMS-ready bundle
Available by scopeComplete LMS delivery bundle: SCORM package, deployment guide, learner instructions, completion criteria, Q&A checkpoint keys, and manager guide. Not a fully automated integration — customer is responsible for LMS upload and configuration.
Private cohort delivery
Available by agreementLive facilitated cohort sessions with course access, Q&A checks, role-specific exercises, and a manager completion summary. Scheduled by mutual agreement.
Workshop + course bundle

Data and privacy
What you need to know before deploying.
Academy learner data — enrollment, progress, completion, and Q&A results — may be processed in aisecurity.llc's platform depending on delivery mode. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available for enterprise customers where learner data is processed. Enterprise training terms, LMS package addendum, and DPA path are available before signing.
For LMS delivery: learner data stays in the customer's LMS. aisecurity.llc does not receive learner tracking data in standard LMS/SCORM deployments.
SSO, SCIM, and HRIS roster import are available by implementation scope — not included in standard packages.
Claim caveats
What Academy training is and is not.
- Course completion is a training record — not proof that a product, person, or organization is secure.
- Q&A checks are learning and readiness signals — not standalone hiring decisions.
- SCORM/Tin Can/xAPI availability depends on package scope and implementation status.
- Completion badges or certificates are scoped to the named training path and do not imply SOC 2, ISO, regulatory compliance, employment qualification, or product-security certification.
- Enterprise training does not authorize security testing.
