Install steps
Step 01
Install the app from the Intercom App Store using OAuth with your client ID and secret.
Step 02
Configure the public base URL for the webhook endpoint in your app settings.
Step 03
Open any conversation in the Intercom inbox and use the Trust Scanner card to scan.
Step 04
Post summaries back to the conversation or export JSON for your records.
